The only personal information this website collects directly is what you choose to provide through our contact form: your name, email address, and any company or firm name and message you include. We do not use forms or cookies to collect information beyond what you explicitly submit.

We use the information you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you’ve indicated interest, to follow up about our services. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
How your enquiry travels
Contact form submissions are processed by Alterspective’s own automation infrastructure, hosted in Australia, and delivered by email to our team at info@alterspective.com.au. Your enquiry is not handed to a third-party form-processing service. We do not share your information with any other party except where required by law.
Analytics
This site uses privacy-first, cookieless analytics to understand overall visitor traffic (for example, which pages are viewed). This does not track your individual identity, does not use cross-site tracking cookies, and does not capture the contents of any form you submit. Because it is cookieless, no cookie-consent banner is required under Australian law, and we don’t show one.
How long we keep it
We retain contact enquiries for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and to maintain a record of our business communications, after which they are deleted or de-identified.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
