Managing Director
Igor brings more than 20 years of experience across legal, defence, and professional services technology. As Senior Director of Product Management & Innovation at K2, he secured the largest customer in company history. He has also been instrumental in contributing to Global Enterprise customer acquisitions in Deloitte, Shell, the UK Ministry of Defence, and Microsoft. A recognised expert in process automation, Igor is known for his strategic thinking and commitment to delivering practical, impactful solutions.

Tamaryn has spent more than 20 years helping technology businesses grow with purpose across SaaS, legal technology, ERP and automation, and in markets spanning Australia and EMEA. Where others see marketing as a function, Tamaryn sees it as the connective tissue between a brand and the people it serves. At Alterspective, Tamaryn leads brand, market positioning and client experience, bringing the same thoughtful, human-first approach she has always believed makes the difference.
Melinda Moseling

Melinda is a seasoned lawyer with more than 25 years in the Australian legal industry. Her experience spans roles as legal support, solicitor, and legal practice manager, before transitioning into legal technology. With deep expertise in legal practice and case management systems, she has led the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects for 1000+ seat, ASX-listed law firms. Melinda is passionate about creating meaningful change through technology - delivering simple, scalable, and sustainable business solutions.
Adrian Tyrrell
Lead Solution Architect
Adrian has spent over two decades designing and implementing case and practice management systems for law firms and government. With a strong background in product and technical consultancy, he has developed a broad skill set across business analysis, process, integrations, and solution development. Adrian brings a calm, methodical style, working closely with businesses to ensure that solutions are robust, scalable, and future-ready.
